Easy to user interface.not able to use service, to use sanad i need to create digital id without qr code, after enter all fields and matched the id with info, its time to enter the password and here its fails with unexpected error!!!!Very terrible user experience, doing OTP code verification for mobile and email at the same time doesn't make any sense, and what's annoying is that there's a timer 60 seconds to fill the codes, also you have to login every time you enter the application.

2. Hope for more advanced facelities.Very easy to use the only issue is that you cannot change your phone number or add an external phone number if you work outside of JordanThis app made life much easier and accessible with government and everyday life services.

3. No point of your app if we are stranded by manual mindset.Very good application easy to apply and contain valuable facelities.

1. Fix Sanad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sanad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sanad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sanad" » Open Sanad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sanad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sanad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sanad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sanad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sanad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sanad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sanad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sanad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sanad not working

2. Fix Sanad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sanad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sanad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sanad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
