1. Their prices/packages are good.Worst app ever and the customer service are so bad, i wanted to enable my rooming ,trying 4 cards and all came as error while there is no.issue with my cards, and when we complaint to customer service no action were taken but just saying re-install the app and try again and nothing happend so?? I end up without being able to activate the service...is that customer service??There is a problem with the Android app.

2. The worst network inside KSA and probably the entire globe, they are only money driven and want their payments on time but when it comes to service they provide none.

10. He told me to wait till the package date is over which is 60 day and if i do not use the data, the amount will be returned bcak to me after 60 days.

11. While playing COD it switches to H in Jubail area (city center) and 5g speeds are in 40-50 Mbps range.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mobily App Issues

1. Fix Mobily App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mobily App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  4. Check Mobily App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobily App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobily App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobily App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mobily App not working


2. Fix Mobily App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mobily App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mobily App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mobily App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
