What users are saying

1. Unable to delete a bill, a payment, or see list of bills... Since downloading, already bombarded with ads upon open and in the interface, and to download a similar app...I have no need for the full Mobills Budget app, all I want is the bill reminder feature so I installed the MyBills app.

2. Feature 2: Show bills by month - It doesn't make sense to have the 'Total value for this month' and 'Total value of these bills' in the 'Unpaid' tab as it displays more than one month if you are part way through a month i.e. today (21/11/19) I can see upcoming payments for November to 29 December.

3. For some reason it shifts the first payment date of each bill one month forward, it doesn't display more than 4 different bills (can't even select the others without searching).

4. Bug: Recurring monthly bills I've created as of today (21/11/19) show for November up to 29 December in the 'Unpaid' tab but a recurring Biweekly payment I created only appears once in November when it should appear 3 times using the same logic.

5. There are a lot of ads as others have mentioned, but I'd be willing to pay the upgrade price for MyBills Premium if it had two pretty simple features and fixed what looks like a bug with biweekly recurrences - Feature 1: The ability to see and edit your recurring payments - There is nowhere (at least that I can see) that you are able to do this.

6. For some reason it also added a duplicate for my current month of the bill I added once I set it to recurring... Also couldn't change that.

7. An option to 'update/delete this' or 'update/delete all' occurrences on the edit screen is a missing feature that other free apps have.

8. Notes - it would be best to have a 'notes' portion for each bill so I could easily put in the details of the bills and I dont have to use a note or memo app to remember the details.

9. Separation of months - it would be best to have the option to see bills per month.

10. Plus that, when searching for bills, there's no option to edit those.

11. You can edit an upcoming payment but the edit only applies to the current payment you are making the changes to.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyBills Issues

1. Fix MyBills Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyBills: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyBills App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyBills" » Open MyBills - Bill reminder » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyBills » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyBills - Bill reminder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyBills servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyBills - Bill reminder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyBills app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyBills might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyBills. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyBills then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyBills not working


2. Fix MyBills Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyBills be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyBills not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyBills may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
