1. Get notifications of road closures and/or accidents when selecting notification take me to a map... ok and then what? uninstall not worth itGreat way to stay connected to the news from home while away from the golden triangle.

2. However, a LOT of times when I click on the alert and it shows me a news story I want to read and I click on the link it gives it takes me to an entirely different news story.

3. The website seems to be working fine, though, so I'm using that for now.12 news Now it's a wonderful station the best station in Southeast Texas.

6. KFDM app is set up way better.Garbage. Everytime I click on a new notification of a story it brings me to the app and just plays ads.I used to like this app a lot.

8. Google play store states that the app "may not be optimized" for my tablet, a Galaxy Tab S-4, so I half expected a problem.

1. Fix 12News Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 12News Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 12News Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "12News Now" » Open 12News Now - KBMT & KJAC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 12News Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 12News Now - KBMT & KJAC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 12News Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "12News Now - KBMT & KJAC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 12News Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 12News Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 12News Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 12News Now then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 12News Now not working

2. Fix 12News Now Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 12News Now be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 12News Now not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 12News Now may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
