It was tough to login but it's not app mistake I forget that once I made account in company instead of individual so I couldn't log in that I login to company account though my email and forgot password then send one link in email reset password then delete the old profile from there and then login through UAE Pass now it's working fine If you getting , conflict with company, error please try this method you will be able to get access IAThis has to be more user friendly.

2. error in paying online and this is the only way to do it in order to attest a certification and always an error occur needs a lot of improvement and please make a substitution of payment method if we can't pay online.Worst app that I have seen so far.

3. But for us it's not useful, I hope you add some other payment method like paysafecard because it's a little bit easier for those who don't have bank accounts.You register first then upon login you never get to log in.

4. This app is made only to give visa agency huge amount of money so that they identified this apps's defect and cracked it somehow to register or do the services.

1. Fix UAE MOFA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UAE MOFA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UAE MOFA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UAE MOFA" » Open UAE MOFA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UAE MOFA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UAE MOFA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UAE MOFA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UAE MOFA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UAE MOFA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UAE MOFA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UAE MOFA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UAE MOFA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UAE MOFA not working

2. Fix UAE MOFA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UAE MOFA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UAE MOFA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UAE MOFA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
