1. If you want to make people dread your class, this is the app.Nearly every time I've used this app, I have connectivity issues, and it costs me points as I spend time trying to force stop the app in order to get it to work again instead of answering clicker questions.

2. i can't keep the phone screen on all the time, if it automatically shuts off after 2 minutes of being idle it ""has trouble reconnecting"" and i have to close the app and start it up again and rejoin the class, often leading to missing questions, and affecting my participation.

3. Last class it sat on reconnecting for almost the whole time and I wasn't able to answer any of the questions.This app is REQUIRED for my course.

Now with the latest update, even though I am connected to both the internet and have my location turned on, the app repeatedly keeps telling me to turn my location on (even though it already is) and does not allow me to join my class because it cannot determine my location.Honestly this is a paid app with a ridiculous cost $15 for 6 months.

5. We use the app in class to answer questions that go towards our participation grade and every class I miss 1 or 2 questions because of this app bugging out.

6. Every time I get into the class page, the "Join" button often doesn't appear for a minute or more.

7. also, paying for this is such a scam lolProbably one of the worst apps I've ever had to use for college, continuous issue of my answers not registering, and it saying I chose a different answer than I actually did.

8. Every time a question changes, it endlessly buffers and the app needs to be restarted.

9. If I could I would never use this app but I was forced to spend money to get a grade.I tried to log in after setting up my info, but it says my password or email was wrong.

10. According to the app, the links are supposed to expire in 3 hours, and no matter how quick I submit a password, they say that the link is expired.

11. Undergrads could code a better app in their free time.

1. Fix iClicker Student Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iClicker Student: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iClicker Student App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iClicker Student" » Open iClicker Student » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iClicker Student » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iClicker Student app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iClicker Student servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iClicker Student" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iClicker Student app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iClicker Student might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iClicker Student. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iClicker Student then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iClicker Student not working

2. Fix iClicker Student Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iClicker Student be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iClicker Student not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iClicker Student may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
