1. The customer care is whole other story which has nothing to do with Caring for the customer, they don't even bother reply with acknowledgment of your feedback nevertheless dealing with it..No available payment methods, Stores locations are always wrong and there is no way to correct on map! Nearest locations are not restaurants! Not user friendly(you'll feel lost).App has an issue, when search for specific restaurant , screen is locked at maps and maps direction not appear .

Will never use this app again and will not recommend it.The 1st and last order After 1 hr from my order the driver called me to cancel the order and he will not deliver it The customer service closed the chat while we are talking... reached them again...they told me they will assign another one (as simple as that)1.

3. An order placed at 7:16 PM but not delivered till 7:50PM and we are unable to cancel the order too.

4. I used this app 3 time, each time I struggle with the order although I pay in advance and tip the driver.

5. Their drivers accept the order , they take about 30 mins then they cancel it without a reason.

6. I placed order & immediately it shows order delivered and deducted money.

7. On top of that the couriers are either wanna contact outside the app or accepting the order then call you to say they gonna be a little late.... 3.

8. It's hang up simplyMy account is suspended even though I have never used the app before, I contacted the customer support they said you registereded before, then they ended the conversation.

9. They will accept your order then nothing will happen.

10. What a bad customer service.Bad, time waster.

1. Fix Shgardi | شقردي Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shgardi | شقردي: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shgardi | شقردي App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shgardi | شقردي" » Open Shgardi | شقردي » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shgardi | شقردي » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shgardi | شقردي app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shgardi | شقردي servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shgardi | شقردي" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shgardi | شقردي app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shgardi | شقردي might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shgardi | شقردي. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shgardi | شقردي then reinstall.
