Why should I report an Issue with Mi Music?

1. Not exactly easy on the eyes, is it? At least make the flash darkI really don't appreciate the fact that there is no option to play the song or the playlist once in this app, songs just keep replaying unless you set a timer which has only select time frames that increment in 5 minutes, the minimum is 10 and the maximum is 90 minutes even though this will make it almost impossible to stop it at the right time, please just add the option to make this player stop after playing a song/playlist once.

2. And the second major problem: even though I turned off displaying mp4 files (what I actually couldn't do for a long time, because it didn't save new settings) and some folders with other audio files, I still see them among the music.

3. The only way to play my music is to play all songs.Help!!! Urgent! I'm a music teacher and yesterday my phone automatically updated the app and minutes later all my music is gone.

It's easy to use but I don't understand why there is so many bugs since the last year I bought the phone and what is all the updates through this time for when it still the same.Is there anyway to make things more simpler by simply giving us more customizations such as a switch for spinning album(track) on the "quick control bar (below)" or even dark mode.

1. Fix Mi Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mi Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mi Music App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mi Music" » Open Mi Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mi Music » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mi Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mi Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mi Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mi Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mi Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mi Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mi Music then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mi Music not working

2. Fix Mi Music Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mi Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mi Music not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mi Music may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
