I have to close it from my history and reopen mistplay every single time no matter what the ad is for Then that starts over the levels which means I lose all bonus in extra levels & all rewards for everything I'm getting to the point Im gonna delete it not worth money or fun I been having!!!!!!!!1Used to be the best app like this available.

2. It's not a time tracking issue, and Mistplay was credited for the app's install prior to checkpoint 5 or 6Ii finally found an app that does pay & is a lot of fun! But I'm so friggin pissed, cause every ad I get is blackening my game.

3. For context, each game has a leveling system based on play time (up to 2 hours per day), and you get points (for money rewards) per level-up.

6. You can only get a certain number of points per game per day; you have to play many games for hours just to get 1 gift card.

7. A number of the games I install basically cut me off at checkpoint 5-6, and suddenly say that Mistplay wasn't credited for the install, slowing my ability to earn.

1. Fix MISTPLAY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MISTPLAY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MISTPLAY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MISTPLAY" » Open MISTPLAY: Play to Earn Money » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MISTPLAY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MISTPLAY: Play to Earn Money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MISTPLAY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MISTPLAY: Play to Earn Money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MISTPLAY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MISTPLAY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MISTPLAY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MISTPLAY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MISTPLAY not working

2. Fix MISTPLAY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MISTPLAY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MISTPLAY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MISTPLAY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
