Several churches in our city use the app for many things and because we are involved not only with our church, but our community, being able to respond to and get info on events for different churches is important to us.I've had to delete and reinstall this app multiple times and still when I try to register for an event it locks up and flashes back and forth between screens.

2. If reply all functionality is present from the full Planning website, it is not intuitively located as I have not yet been able to find it.

3. The app is great when it works but when it doesn't it's worse than nothing! Even reinstalling it isn't solving the problem now!Our church began using this app in mid-2021.

4. I personally am a big believer is The Church, big"C" Church, but this app won't let you switch between churches for different events, at least not that I've been able to figure out and it's terribly frustrating.

5. I'm not trying to launch an event, I'm trying to sync calendars....It would be nice for the app to have the ability to send an email to a group.

6. Apparently, the app can't count to 16! Until now, the app has been great; now it's useless.The directory won't let me search; I have to scroll, because when I hit the search bar, my keyboard won't stay up.

7. I likely won't be using the other features so can't speak to how those function.Super great for some things, but terrible for others.

8. I installed and uninstalled multiple times trying to get the sync calendars option to work.

9. And it would also be nice for group emails to have reply all functionality.

10. Edit: get a hold of your app permissions, especially as a church/christian organization, you need to be impeccable.Can't log in! After my device restarted, the app required my device password, which happens to be 16 characters.

1. Fix Church Center App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Church Center App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Church Center App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Church Center App" » Open Church Center App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Church Center App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Church Center App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Church Center App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Church Center App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Church Center App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Church Center App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Church Center App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Church Center App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Church Center App not working

2. Fix Church Center App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Church Center App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Church Center App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Church Center App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
