Mighty Networks Customer Insights

1. It also doesn't clear notifications all the time, even after I've seen the massages.I absolutely enjoy using this app! It's a bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it's so convenient! The one issue i do have is the lack of grammar options.

2. It seems sharing links and images could be better, it'd be nice if when you tag someone their name would display differently so you could be sure, and I feel like it's slow to load that I've cleared notifications so the icon number sticks around until I close out the app completely.

3. The workaround is that instead of going back and clicking on the app icon to open it, I go back to it via the "recent apps" button (three lines on my device).This app is great EXCEPT the messaging feature, which is so bad it's actually worse than if they didn't have it at all.

4. I have many times typed out a lengthy and thoughtful response to someone, and right before I send it I swipe or another screen pops up on my phone and when I return, everything I painstakingly typed out is GONE.

5. On that note, if you're in the middle of typing a message and need to switch to another app or close your phone, the message disappears and you are forced to re-type the message.

6. Fwiw, the in app video on Android doesn't count as activity, so the screen will sleep based on your phones default settings.

7. The first time I tried to reply to a message, the send arrow was missing.

8. That's my only experience thus far, but it's a great one nonetheless! (I think this is the most I've ever used the word "great" in one paragraph.)I'm using Might Networks to connect with MommaStrong and so far love it.

9. I've made some great connections using the network, PaganSpace.

10. The layout is super easy to figure out, and the profile management is great.

11. The app is slow to load (comparatively), and is sometimes unresponsive when hitting the send button in messages.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mighty Networks Issues

1. Fix Mighty Networks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mighty Networks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mighty Networks App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mighty Networks" » Open Mighty Networks » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mighty Networks » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mighty Networks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mighty Networks servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mighty Networks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mighty Networks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mighty Networks might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mighty Networks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mighty Networks then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mighty Networks not working


2. Fix Mighty Networks Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mighty Networks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mighty Networks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mighty Networks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    We did an upgrade to the pro version. And by mistake we made a payment for the year while we would like to pay by month. In fact, we're going to start with the community version for the beginning.
