Why should I report an Issue with UwEdit - Diving footage editor?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of MhTechDev to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. For example how many files can be processed in a batch? What are the buttons at the top of the window version? Also, I wish the output file would retain the exif meta-data of the original file.Had the app for a couple of days, and paid for the pro version so there's no logo.

Perhaps in the future it may get a batch video mode too, but for now this is a great alternative to Dive+.Overall good app for editing diving footage- the GUI slightly confusing - for example when you move saturation to "- 17" and save it as "Preset", when you using this preset saturation is "0".

3. This app is the easiest and quickest edit once you get used to it and the beta video editing got added just in time to touch up the footage from my Cayman Islands vacation.Thank you for developing this app.

4. Have contacted developer who will try and sort codec issue in which case 4 star.Few days working with UWedit, both the Android pro version and the Windows pro version.

5. Have since discovered the issue-THIS APP ONLY SAVES ADJUSTED VIDEO IF ORIGONAL IS IN MP4 CODEC (.mov files will adjust but not save).

6. But the watermark is so big that it becomes hideous, and multiple attempts to purchase the Pro versions have been declined.Love the way the edits come out! I have done a ton of dives and I always use my gopro.

7. Also could use more presets and support for video.Previously left 1 star as would not save file once adjusted.

8. Not happy paying for an app that only works properly for 3 days.Can't add videos from Google Photos without the app crashing.

1. Fix UwEdit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UwEdit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UwEdit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UwEdit" » Open UwEdit - Diving footage editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UwEdit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UwEdit - Diving footage editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UwEdit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UwEdit - Diving footage editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UwEdit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UwEdit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UwEdit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UwEdit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UwEdit not working

2. Fix UwEdit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UwEdit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UwEdit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UwEdit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
