Why should I report an Issue with Ham Exam - Extra?

1. Obviously this app has not been updated to the current question pool of 2020 - 2024.

6. There are better apps available that provide better result details.Only used it for a few minutes and then deleted.

1. Fix Ham Exam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ham Exam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ham Exam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ham Exam" » Open Ham Exam - Extra » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ham Exam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ham Exam - Extra app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ham Exam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ham Exam - Extra" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ham Exam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ham Exam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ham Exam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ham Exam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ham Exam not working
