Why should I report an Issue with Message Reader - Reads aloud?

1. Your phone will notify you with a text message but the app will not read it out loud to you.Been using it for 10 days now, and it's great.

2. It reads messages well, my only annoyance is that it asks if I want to turn it on all the time... I can probably turn the smart notifications off but I have not taken the time to research it.

3. Only critic would be that it doesn't play voice messages automatically (it only shows a pop up with the audio with the play button, but it doesn't work for me because I drive all the time).

4. Sometimes I'm not near my phone, phone in one room, I'm in another room, the read out allow me too hear my text coming in, Great App.

6. But I really do think that this is a good app and it's FREE!Love the app, it would be great if you could set it so that when the phone is restarted I don't have to turn the app back on.

11. I'm trying to decide if I should try another that plays through the headsets so I can her it and not broadcast my texts to everyone around me which is very annoying and embarrassing at times.I have used this app for almost 2 years and it was awesome.

1. Fix Message Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Message Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Message Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Message Reader" » Open Message Reader - Reads aloud » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Message Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Message Reader - Reads aloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Message Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Message Reader - Reads aloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Message Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Message Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Message Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Message Reader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Message Reader not working

2. Fix Message Reader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Message Reader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Message Reader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Message Reader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
