Meraki Customer Insights

1. Opening a port configuration dialog leads to the wrong interface (which can cause huge trouble), not all ports available on the 390 are displayed, error messages whole connecting to the meraki cloud.

2. For example the networks are broken up into device types (wireless, switch, appliance, etc), even if you have it combined in the dashboard.

3. After login site data shows error P and nothing gets loaded. As soon as I access the camera and attempt to view a motion event, the app crashes/closes.

4. I need to be able to see switch ports and manage them. Can't make many changes and website is not mobile friendly.

5. What are you doing to address this??I don't know if anybody else has a formatting issue where it doesn't actually fit the screen properly on my pixel 5, meaning you can't bring the menu down from the top left as it's off screen.

6. Judging by previous reviews this is a common issue and is yet to be resolved 6 months later. The app was great until recent update.

7. So all appliance networks are in a section the switch then wireless.

8. Please look into it.Didn't the network view show status in the past? Now everything is grey and I have to go into a network to see if it's up or down.Poorly written app.

9. App crashes repeatedly when you select a switch and then go to select ports.

10. I am also unable to enable any alerts in settings as the toggle doesn't actually do anything when pressed.

11. It's sad to be honest I question the need for this app as basically nothing ever really worksDoes not work at all with our MS-390 stack.
