1. Very laggy and tough to apply filters, especially if you're filtering by more than one field Menards used to have the best DIY store app and now it's terrible.Love the app overall and use it a lot to look up items, make shopping lists or place orders for pickup.

Frustrating when I have to continuously adjust it for ten minutes before I can place an order.After having some previous issues last year that were fixed, I now have another issue to report: When I am going to Menards, I usually add items to my cart (either from the App or from the Web) so that I can see exactly what I want to get.

3. At other places that wouldn't have been offered.It would be helpful to include aisle numbers for instock products in the app, rather than an arrow on the store map.

4. I do like how when you find the item you want you can click on "view in store" and it will get you close to what you are looking for.

1. Fix Menards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Menards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Menards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Menards" » Open Menards® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Menards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Menards® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Menards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Menards®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Menards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Menards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Menards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Menards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Menards not working

2. Fix Menards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Menards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Menards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Menards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
