mPI Lite Customer Insights

1. This app is a requirement for doing my job and it doesn't even work on a very basic levelApp keeps crashing when trying to sign in & while selecting a store, gives you about 10 seconds before it just force closes itself & sends you back to your phones home.

2. Update fixed crashing issue but still unable to login due to page expired error.

3. However, if you're on an android device, you can download the previous update from apkpure, and it works like it should! You just need to turn on install apps from unknown sources first.

4. I recommend doing this until the developers update the app again to fix the crashing!doesn't even work.

5. Don't get how this company expects us to do so much for us for so little & one of the very rare things we get to help us get work done & find certain products to run to the shelves or for customers & it doesn't even work.Unable to use.

6. How are you going to have a month of your app not working at all? You can atleast release an update that pushes it back to a working version, I myself am using an old release that actually works.

7. I currently work for meijer,and after the latest update for the app crashes after a few moments when you try to open it.

8. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every single day because the instant I login it says "page expired.

9. Even before the app would crash when trying to create saved/pick list.Trying to scroll the list fast will cause it to minimize, going slow I had no issues at all.

10. But Trying to put the store # in manually it still minimizes.Crashes when I try to log in on my Android device.

11. No effect from clearing cached data.Since the update, I can't even log in anymore.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix mPI Lite Issues

1. Fix mPI Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart mPI Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the mPI Lite App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mPI Lite" » Open mPI Lite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mPI Lite » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear mPI Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mPI Lite servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mPI Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check mPI Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mPI Lite might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall mPI Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mPI Lite then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mPI Lite not working


2. Fix mPI Lite Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mPI Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mPI Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mPI Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
