1. I would give it a -5 star rating if I could! Incorrect info you get a text message and a push saying you have a script ready for pickup but when you go to the app it doesn't list anything ready for pickup so you have no idea what script it is.Used to be great, now it's just messed up.

2. but when it does actually work (which its track record so far is about 3/5 times) its nice to be able to refill scripts without calling or talking to people or waiting in line.Used this app all the time.

3. So I go through the grocery app and try to login and it just spins and stops! Argh!!!!What is happening with this app? It no longer will send me text message reminders when my scripts can be refilled and when my scripts are ready to be picked up.

4. Originally it was just a matter of some long load times, but now this app flat-out does not work (on Android 13); selecting the app icon shows a brief loading screen, then a blank page.

5. Really frustrating when you're in a hurry and the app won't open or gives you an error message! Once again as I try to login, I can't even click on it, it's non-reactive when I open it, no way to click on it.

1. Fix Meijer Rx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Meijer Rx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Meijer Rx App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meijer Rx" » Open Meijer Rx » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meijer Rx » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Meijer Rx app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meijer Rx servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meijer Rx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Meijer Rx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meijer Rx might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Meijer Rx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meijer Rx then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meijer Rx not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Meijer Rx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Meijer Rx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Meijer Rx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
