MediaFire Customer Insights

1. When highlighting a file and selecting it, there is no option to see the files details.I love the app and website, I've been using it for years, mostly as a convenient way to store and transfer my ebook library between devices.

2. It would also be helpful if the scroll bar has a popup while scrolling so we can get to the last file faster.I have a professional account and want to have more control than this app allows The app crashes and is very slow to upload.

3. I uninstalled the app because it's useless for me if I cannot upload files to backup my stuff on my account.

4. This has happened on multiple devices, so I've ruled out device issues; I hope this bug gets fixed soon, because without it this is a true 5/5 app.The upload part of this app is a joke!! It's very slow if it even starts.

5. Will keep my account to see if this is fixed later...As much as this app is useful, it should have few additional options like sorting and changing files view.

6. File sharing has many ads to contend with for the free version. It's weird how you show an image as if there's a payment option while there's actually nothing of sort in the app.

7. Recommended for new user but I am not sure how much storage you will be given for free basic account.

8. Your not able to upload a file directly from your smartphone to your account.

9. To clean the uploads to start over you have to clear the cache or delete all the App data(And Literally Start the App Over)... Which is why I use other cloud storage apps instead.

10. The size of storage of the free account is limited to 2 GB, I believe.

11. You are almost like a decade behind. This app does not upload any kind of files.
