Why should I report an Issue with call recorder?

1. There is nothing to solve this problem, this happens randomly, not with every phone call though, but it is still bothersome.So far the sound is clear when directly talking on the phone, but when using wireless headphones you can not really hear the other person one the look line.

2. Hope developers gets my message.It works fine most of the time, but every 3rd or so phone call, I have heard that the person on the other side, is sometimes so soft that you can hardly hear anything.

VERY DISAPPOINTINGI love this app much, it records both the caller and receiver and has clear sound when listening to your recording only that the recorder icon show on top of your screen, but if there will be a way that it can be hidden so only you knows, it will be better or else anyone can just tap on it and start listening to your recording if you don't have a password or leave your phone unlocked.

4. When I installed this app, it did record some call which was good... but after some time it disappeared, even I disabled auto delete in advance.

5. I installed it for an important call, but then it starts acting up and only records my side of the conversation.

6. When i tried to contact via feedback i recieved an automated resopnse that my email didn't go through as their inbox was too full (of simmilar complaints i imagine) Don't waste your time and if you already have uninstall and find something reliable.I honestly think it's great.

8. You think that you are recording a call while talking to someone but that doesn't record anything.

9. Clear voice, audio quality is best to none.I have used other voice recorders but none so far can compare to this.

10. So, hoping to hear for a solution soon!Look the app is great but it is a big set down to have ads pop up on your screen whilst you are doing unrelated stuff just because the app is on in the background, fix that please.

11. No records to be found.. Then it starts all over again still only records my side of the conversation.. what good is that gonna do anybody.

1. Fix call recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart call recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the call recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "call recorder" » Open call recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for call recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear call recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from call recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "call recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check call recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, call recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall call recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall call recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing call recorder not working

2. Fix call recorder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make call recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to call recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, call recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
