On my laptop, all of my progress got cleared, but at least I'm able to view my courses Another note; honest comments on courses and negative feedback don't get published, which is not fair nor realistic! Is it plausible that every single course is good?Hi,the app is really slow but the courses are good but again very slow and it's always hinging I took a couple of courses but the last two I can't get the certificate for them because it's hanging a lot I think if I continue trying to load and wait I might get blood pressure or a heart attack😅 I have sent many complaints regarding the two certificate but still no one replies please solve my problem.Worst app ever.

Instead of developing other apps "Bussinssawy", it's more appropriate to get this one right first.After i changed my mobile phone that had android 11 i cant download any video and i made all thing like wipe cache , factory reset and there is no solution .. i downloaded the app on android emulator on pc and it worked very well .. i need a solution as i got tired from trying .. thanksToo painfully slow response.

3. The wait for response from the servers becomes very very tedious while opening the app or searching for stuff, ...etc. You need to work on ur back-end services much much more.Great Content, App needs alot of improvements.

Some videos are 0 mbs so they don't work nor get downloaded but i think these videos are replicas according to titles of them there is no content loss Any way the content is very good for what you pay for them it has a ton of tips and tricks most lecturers are good not all of them which i say is normal .

5. The courses should be also available on the new website for laptop users or people who prefer learning and watching on bigger screens.I need help! The app just stopped working with me.

6. Keep it up please and thank you for changing the way we learn and upgrade our knowledge .However I love Dr.M. Ammar so much and I truly respect him and his huge contribution to the dental field, But, I lost counting the bugs and issues in the app.

7. Please reconsider!Very useful App for Dentist 👍 A lot of courses which support us with new information and new technology in dental fields.

8. The Regent limitation to Viewing course videos and handouts to ONLY mobile app is very disadvantageous.

9. I tried re-installing but it didn't work, I also tried logging out but I couldn't log in again.

10. Tremendous work and effort should be done to provide the app in a proper compatible way.

1. Fix MDS Online Academy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MDS Online Academy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MDS Online Academy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MDS Online Academy" » Open MDS Online Academy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MDS Online Academy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MDS Online Academy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MDS Online Academy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MDS Online Academy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MDS Online Academy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MDS Online Academy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MDS Online Academy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MDS Online Academy then reinstall.
