1. I am extremely satisfied with The Professional and courteous service provided by alert 360! I have peace of mind in regards to the security provided by the camerasI dislike this app the quality is horrible and the playback freezes and is skips.

1. Fix Alert 360 Video Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alert 360 Video: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alert 360 Video App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alert 360 Video" » Open Alert 360 Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alert 360 Video » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alert 360 Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alert 360 Video servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alert 360 Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alert 360 Video app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alert 360 Video might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alert 360 Video. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alert 360 Video then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alert 360 Video not working
