3. It's a fail so far until I hear back from support.If you experience an issue where the app doesn't show a continue button before you finish setup, check the font settings on your phone.

9. I had this issue, and the customer service team did an incredible troubleshooting job to figure out the problem! The app, product and customer service team are all above expectations ☺If it were not the only supported app, I would never use it.
10. Edit: customer service was quick to reach out about my review..... They promised to call to resolve the issue a few months ago.... Still waiting on the call or any follow up.Gotta say I was surprised at most of the negative reviews.
11. I don't know how they expect someone to spend $200 on a device and not be able to set it up because their app is completely broken.I've yet to get any alerts when my smoke detectors go off.
