Onelink Home Customer Insights

1. The application has cancelled the request to choose a device." I paid over $250 for a smoke detector! I must be NUTS! It won't connect to my phone or WiFi.

2. The application has cancelled the request to choose a device." Customer support doesn't know what that means.

3. It's a fail so far until I hear back from support. If you experience an issue where the app doesn't show a continue button before you finish setup, check the font settings on your phone.

4. This product is a serious security risk, as any breach of their network means that breach can reach your network. So far I can honestly say this is the worst app for a device I have ever installed.

5. Regardless of weather I choose the network or the actual device, I get the same message: "Something came up.

6. There's a big difference between a network and a device, but customer support says my network is the device.

7. I connected 1 wired and 2 battery alarms (the Smart Smoke and CO alarms, not the Safe & Sound with the speaker) and they were all recognized by the app in a few seconds without a hitch.

8. The application has cancelled the request to choose a device."This app is horrible.

9. I had this issue, and the customer service team did an incredible troubleshooting job to figure out the problem! The app, product and customer service team are all above expectations ☺If it were not the only supported app, I would never use it.

10. Edit: customer service was quick to reach out about my review..... They promised to call to resolve the issue a few months ago.... Still waiting on the call or any follow up.Gotta say I was surprised at most of the negative reviews.

11. I don't know how they expect someone to spend $200 on a device and not be able to set it up because their app is completely broken.I've yet to get any alerts when my smoke detectors go off.
