Have to Uninstaller the app and reinstall multiple timesKILLS YOUR PHONE BATTERY LIKE NO OTHER !!!!Constantly uses location there's no way you can choose to only use location while using the app... Problems checking into stores and third it should have an option to search model or sku without having to take a picture of something that isnt working before you can submit anything into search.

As well as weak connection constantly stopping the app when connection is great however your servers are very unreliable to complete basic tasks that have never taken more than 10 minutes now too many times take over an hourI won't keep this app installed on my personal cellphone because it keeps running in the background even after logging out.( I experienced major battery drain.) My employer doesn't pay me by the hour and doesn't provide me with a cellphone and data plan so there is no reason for me to share where I am every moment of the day.

3. ALSO go to app settings location services and choose only when using app and not always this may help on battery usage? Still do not see a spot to add comment? Know you can search and add products from the top search bar of the data not found screen.

4. So I have to remember to turn off location permissions every time I finish using it.Have so many issue when trying to refresh location.

5. Overall it is useful but it is slow and clumsy.After last update it sometimes will not add quantities to identical items assembled it says line item failed to update.

6. It can never find my location or it says the signal is weak even though it runs just fine throughout the day.

7. The completely logging you out after a certain time in store is WAY frustrating! I had very few issues before the last update!When I try to get my key rec the system kicks me out.

8. This may be a location pin issue? If you cant log in at all the location may not be pinned or pinned to wrong location.

9. My issue is that it will not work unless you allow location at all times.

10. The scan feature works for 50% of the items I build and if I work late it kicks me out and I'm not able to access or edit my invoice.

11. bottom line its poorly developed and the most battery draining app I've ever used.Very difficult to comprehend, adding directions, to navigate the website will help.

  • I did the update and now I cannot get past the tracking permission . I allowed all tracking but it still will not move past it.. how can I get it to go back to the main build page
