Why should I report an Issue with Matterport VR (Cardboard)?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. hard to close app, my home button won't appear, I have to lock and unlock my phone to shut it down as the X in the corner doesn't work.Still Incompatible with DayDream style headsets (including phone based ones).

2. Although their website claims Daydream VR headset support, it really doesn't unless you dumb-down the headset type and set your phone configuration to the Cardboard VR settings.

3. Unfortunate, as other cardboard based apps seem to work fine using the DayDream headset.

4. This will be great when they offer full Daydream support!Great idea just needs to actually work, it seems that most files are corrupted so u can't download them to view them.

8. I wanted to see a property using instant transitions and also non-instant but when I switched the option, there was no change to the VR experience.

10. Disappointing.How can they release a product that nobody can even open? As everybody else... Black screen and nothing else when I open the app.

1. Fix Matterport VR (Cardboard) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Matterport VR (Cardboard): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Matterport VR (Cardboard) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Matterport VR (Cardboard)" » Open Matterport VR (Cardboard) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Matterport VR (Cardboard) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Matterport VR (Cardboard) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Matterport VR (Cardboard) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Matterport VR (Cardboard)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Matterport VR (Cardboard) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Matterport VR (Cardboard) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Matterport VR (Cardboard). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Matterport VR (Cardboard) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Matterport VR (Cardboard) not working

2. Fix Matterport VR (Cardboard) Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Matterport VR (Cardboard) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Matterport VR (Cardboard) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Matterport VR (Cardboard) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
