1. The worst part is that the app closes before I can even see what the error message says! How can I address an issue if I don't know what it is? Frustratingly buggy! Update: app was working for a few weeks then started displaying the same error.App latency is very poor.

2. Overall the app is designed well on UI side but the performance is piss poor and needs to be optimized.THE WORST!! Every time i try to log in either on the website or Bonvoy app, it takes me forever because my member number and password are never recognized.

3. Every time I receive the code, I enter it and hit 'Verify' and it cycles, button briefly changes to 'Verifying' but then it goes back to 'Vetify' and nothing happens.

4. If I hit 'Verify' again it cycles and then I get an error message 'Invalid code entered.'From 5 stars to 1 star.

5. Some hotels, still the digital key doesn't work this however seems to be specific to the lock style.

6. Every time I send a code and enter it into the app the app says the code is invalid.

7. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars but needs work.When I open the app, it asks me to secure my account.

8. It's a super helpful error and I deeply enjoy seeing that repeatedly when I'm trying to book travel.

9. I've tried clearing app cache, app data, and even uninstalling + reboot + reinstalling, but the app will only work well for about a day.

10. I've been using this app on this specific phone for nearly 2 years and I've never had this issue before.

11. It is a little easier to check you account status but if you want to check benefits for a specific level opens a browser anyway.

1. Fix Marriott Bonvoy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Marriott Bonvoy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Marriott Bonvoy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Marriott Bonvoy" » Open Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Marriott Bonvoy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Marriott Bonvoy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Marriott Bonvoy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Marriott Bonvoy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Marriott Bonvoy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Marriott Bonvoy then reinstall.
