Why should I report an Issue with itcher - Movie & TV Show Recommendations?

1. overall design ui is okey, but it fails suggesting the same movies again and again, it really makes you waste your time.I like the idea behind this app, however the server seems so slow, it takes so long to load the page when I'm looking for a movie or TV series..It's ok.

2. However, it doesn't have a lot of great 'foreign' movies which leaves world cinema enthusiasts like me a little unsatisfied.I don't write many reviews... but this one comes from a guy who truly loves film.

3. Thanks devs!!!!Really want to love this app, because the recommendations are good, but many movies are missing, like even movies like Avengers Endgame is not there, or many of the new movies...the same movies you rejected are being suggested again.

4. Instant uninstall.Had some issues with it when the server was changed but after that (deleted original review) it's been superb with great recommendations.

1. Fix itcher Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart itcher: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the itcher App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "itcher" » Open itcher - Movie & TV Show Recommendations » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for itcher » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear itcher - Movie & TV Show Recommendations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from itcher servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "itcher - Movie & TV Show Recommendations" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check itcher app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, itcher might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall itcher. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall itcher then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing itcher not working

2. Fix itcher Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make itcher be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to itcher not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, itcher may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
