1. By downloading the app, you agree (i) to receive communications from Lyft, including push notifications; and (ii) to allow Lyft to collect your device's language settings.
2. To use Android Auto on your car display, you’ll need an Android phone running Android 8 or higher, an active data plan, and the Android Auto app.
3. If Upfront Pay is not available in your city, then you will be paid for each minute and mile of the trips you complete, based on your city’s per-minute and per-mile rates.
4. Lyft Maps connects to your in-car system so your directions, ride details, and music are all in one place.
5. For Lyft drivers, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
6. Google, Android, and Android Auto are trademarks of Google LLC.
7. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings.
8. View earnings and trip details before accepting every ride.
9. Plus, earn bonuses, rewards, and keep 100% of rider tips.
10. Lyft has the best riders in town.
11. With on-demand help and safety features, you can hit the road with peace of mind.
1. For example, Uber will tell me to pick someone up at Bob's Burgers, but Lyft app will tell me to got to 123 Main St and when I get there 123 doesn't exist and the pin has me picking up pax in the middle of the road.
2. People have company schedule trips for them and pick up is in the middle of a building... I can't drive inside a building.Cancelled rides usually don't get a cancellation fee.
3. It will have me go across town through residential streets right next to a main road just to save .2 miles drove not to mention how unsafe traveling through residential roads in my city are with little to no stop signs and people out and about.
4. Many problems with navigation I can have full bars and it still says poor network connectivity I don't mind upfront pricing but sometimes it's an accurate sometimes it pays less on the rate card.
5. Also, will not work with apps like MAXYMO to allow automatic switching between apps.I recently started back driving with Lyft, and it has not been a good experience.
6. Incentives compared to Uber are bad.Let me start by saying I will continue to drive for the platform but it needs an overall for the app.
7. Second, considering Lyft doesn't listen to feedback from drivers, they need to fire their whole development app team.
8. Bonus zones stay highlighted until you get close to it, then by magic it disappears and you won't get the bonus any more, I get it you do this just to get driver's in the zone.I like making money with Lyft.
9. Seems as if the navigation always chooses to prioritize the least amount of miles over the safest or fastest route.
10. 2: The speed limits don't always show on navigation, and it doesn't have to do with new roads.
11. At times I can be on the right road and when I turn correctly it will view like I'm driving a road beside the highlighted route.
