1. I tried reinstalling the app, deleting cache & app data, nothing works Please fix it ..Sometimes it's difficult to find a spot to dock your bike in the evening, but overall, it's great and majority of bikes are in great shapeUsing bixi on a Friday night is an absolute nightmare.

2. I no longer need to haul around my reading glasses to fuss about with pin numbers.I can't unlock a bike anymore (neither by clicking on Scan a QR-Code, neither by clicking on Unlock bike).

7. I paid for a ride, scanned the QR code and all it did was opening the app, I couldn't use the code I had and it expired because I also needed to register my credit card in the app.

8. The system is super simple to use on a trip by trip basis, or with a monthly membership.Absolutely impossible to make payment no matter which card I use, with no explanation whatsoever.

9. So instead of quickly grabbing a bike for a ride (I was in a rush) I ended up being late anyways.

10. Bixi locations are also integrated into Google maps so if you have wireless earbuds you can navigate the city via audio prompts.

11. The manual bikes are geared easily enough for most and the electric bikes are great if you need a boost.

1. Fix BIXI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BIXI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BIXI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BIXI" » Open BIXI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BIXI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BIXI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BIXI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BIXI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BIXI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BIXI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BIXI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BIXI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BIXI not working

2. Fix BIXI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BIXI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BIXI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BIXI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
