1. Whether you’re catching a flight, going out for the night, commuting to the office, or running errands in a rush, the Lyft app offers you multiple ways to get there. Enter your destination.
2. Choose from Wait & Save, Priority Pickup, Bikes & Scooters, Lyft XL, Lyft Lux, Transit, or even Rentals.
3. And you can find the fastest public transit routes, too. * Lyft ride types may vary by region.
4. Choose Priority Pickup to get going quick. Boom. Done.
5. See your route and ride cost up front.
6. Our Wait & Save option helps you get around for less.
7. Check the app to see what is available in your city.
8. By downloading the app, you agree to allow Lyft to collect your device's language settings.
1. They also give you no way to cancel the ride when they keep canceling drivers and pushing back the pickup time, and help is non existent on this issue.
2. If it wasn't for the fact that I get way more credit card points using Lyft instead of Uber, I would switch in a heartbeat.I've always been able to add my own tip amount after my rides, however, lately, there are only the preset amounts.
3. It's the worst support I've ever seen. How is that a driver can commit to picking someone up, and then is given the option to cancel? This happens time and time again.
4. Yet when a rider cancels because the driver isn't moving any closer to the pick up area for several minutes (with no traffic in sight), the rider is charged a penalty.
5. I went back to my ride history to correct not leaving a tip, but every time that I pull up the ride and select "leave a tip" the app simply pulls up the ride again, again and again.
6. Don't offer and then change it after I agree! Once in a while is understandable but it literally does it every single time I pick the lowest price.Completely useless.
7. I can pay for the fastest service, it shows 1-3 or less then takes 10 for my pickup as it keeps changing drivers.
8. No matter the service level selected, you seem to get cancelled on 3-5 times by a driver that's "on the way" and it takes about twice as long as promised, if you actually succeed in getting a driver that shows up.
9. You can only dispute completed rides, not issues with their drivers canceling on you...but they are more than happy to charge you a cancellation fee when they take too long to pick you up.Works, but buggy.
10. It gives me a price, i hit proceed, and without fail it tells me to confirm one that's higher, last time was about $20 more than the one i was presented.
11. If I want to tip my own amount, I have to go to the RIDE HISTORY menu and click the ride I want to add a tip on, and go through the website.
