1. Takes tapping around 4 to 5 times before catching note), can't temporary assign clef to a bar, can't change time signature (fixed at 4/4), can't copy song sheet, can't select where to start playing.First attempt to build a very basic bar of 1/8th note triplets in 4/4 failed.

5. I'm willing to pay for an app but I want to try it out first to see if it suits my needs (like exporting properly to music XML); it's impossible to try out this app.mediocre - the note input crosshair is so thin it can hardly be seen.

6. And since that is the main thing I'm doing when writing, this is a deal breaker 100%DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! Biggest reason why: So I bought the app and some of its extra voicings, but now it's saying I must purchase it again.

7. I've practiced using it for a while, but ultimately, to me it feels like it needs some maturing and polishing before I can do some committed, dedicated work using this tool.Pro: Clean interface, provision for treble and base clef staff, seemingly unlimited measures per composition.

8. Frankly I was shocked I was allowed to even add some notes to the page without an ad playing between each note.

9. Because only two eighth notes will fit into the remaining space I can't add a third one to build the triplet.

1. Fix Notation Pad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notation Pad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notation Pad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notation Pad" » Open Notation Pad - Sheet Music Sco » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notation Pad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notation Pad - Sheet Music Sco app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notation Pad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notation Pad - Sheet Music Sco" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notation Pad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notation Pad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notation Pad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notation Pad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notation Pad not working

2. Fix Notation Pad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notation Pad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notation Pad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notation Pad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
