1. No waste of space on my system thank you.I have tried many times to get into the app, it won't stop spinning like it's going to open and never opens!! What the hell is the problem??? We as professionals download this for a reason!! This is disappointing!Downloaded to try on virtual hair color.

2. Even going from a level 5 to a level 5 it tells you it't not recommend because it requires more left then color is recommended for???😕 And the virtual color try on crashes ever time I open it.

1. Fix Matrix Professional Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Matrix Professional: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Matrix Professional App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Matrix Professional" » Open Matrix Professional » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Matrix Professional » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Matrix Professional app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Matrix Professional servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Matrix Professional" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Matrix Professional app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Matrix Professional might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Matrix Professional. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Matrix Professional then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Matrix Professional not working

2. Fix Matrix Professional Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Matrix Professional be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Matrix Professional not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Matrix Professional may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
