1. A real pain in the butt as I'm pretty sure deleting and redownloading might work, but I don't want to risk losing my reading list.It was working fine a while ago but now I can't look up anything from browsing by category to searching stories by name tried Wi-Fi and my data but nothing showed up tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and all that did was delete all the stories I had saved there once it starts working again I'll probably change my ratingIt keeps crashing (on my tablet) and goes to the main screen when I'm trying to read a story on the app and the app hasn't been updated since March 10, 2018.

I don't have any problems with it on my phone, just my tablet.i love it but i just havr one issue with it when i tap on fix it does fix the fanfic but once it fixes it it jumps to the top of my downloaded fics and it bothers me just beacuse i put all of the download fics in tabs named by the auther so i have all of the fics seperated, i really love this app but i jave like 1057 so i can fix them all just it will talk a long time....so can you please fix this or is it just a problem with my phone cuz my phone came out in 2008What is the deal with it not doing any update since Christmas.

1. Fix Fanfiction Reader Premium Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fanfiction Reader Premium: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fanfiction Reader Premium App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fanfiction Reader Premium" » Open Fanfiction Reader Premium » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fanfiction Reader Premium » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fanfiction Reader Premium app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fanfiction Reader Premium servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fanfiction Reader Premium" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fanfiction Reader Premium app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fanfiction Reader Premium might not work.
