1. Thank you for the amazing work Brothers!I really love the app, especially the music!!! But since the new "play all" buttons arrived, when the song goes from one to the next, the next song is very shaky and doesn't play smoothly.

2. Thx & keep up the good work brothers.Thank you all so much for all your hard work on this app! Since the update before this latest one, if I listen to anything & go off of the app or make my screen go black, it will continue playing, but only for a minute or two, then it stops.

3. Please help!I love this app and appreciate all the hard work it takes to provide us with this wonderful tool! Since I recently updated, whe I go to the Bible, I click on a book fine, however when I click on a chapter it takes 20 seconds or more to load.

4. I look forward to being able to listen to many songs again without having to play each song to get it to play smoothly.

6. It's very convenient to have the lockscreen music media controls show while listening to my original songs etc.

7. Please do something about video downloads when there's a network interruption whilst downloading it saves that downloaded part only.

9. Lastly, I've downloaded the songs or videos for study many times to my SD card and they're nowhere to be found.

10. I listen to the music all the time but recently the media controls not showing on my lockscreen as used to.

1. Fix JW Library Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JW Library: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JW Library App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JW Library" » Open JW Library » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JW Library » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JW Library app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JW Library servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JW Library" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JW Library app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JW Library might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JW Library. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JW Library then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JW Library not working

2. Fix JW Library Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JW Library be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JW Library not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JW Library may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
