Why should I report an Issue with BookFusion - EPUB & PDF Reader?

1. I've been able to access my sideloaded books across devices without any major issues, but it does lock up from time to time.Really awesome ebook reader which allows you to keep your place across devices in multiple different books.

Only thing I asked, please update the Android version to match with Apple and desktop features (series, sees the tags, list view)I had used Google Play Books for a long time until I reached the thousand books that it supports, so looking for a solution I found this, it is the best thing that could happen to me.

1. Fix BookFusion Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BookFusion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BookFusion App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BookFusion" » Open BookFusion - EPUB & PDF Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BookFusion » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BookFusion - EPUB & PDF Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BookFusion servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BookFusion - EPUB & PDF Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BookFusion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BookFusion might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BookFusion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BookFusion then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BookFusion not working

2. Fix BookFusion Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BookFusion be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BookFusion not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BookFusion may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
