Superb among others...........The rider must able to see the pin location of the customer, even that they did not yet pick up the item - the rider must able to plan the route while they are waiting the order to prepare, this is very useful especially when you have a double run order, Thank you if you consder.Assalamualaikum. I am a Foodpanda rider, and I am facing multiple issues with this application.

Sometimes when a order cancel due to some customer issues or location after cancelation I get vendor location to return delivery but when I arrive at the vendor and click on drop off there was no "add photo" Option and after drop off of one to two days "food panda" Team blames me and they charge delivery from me.

4. Please update this application.May i suggest, 1.can you put a confirmation on the "arrive at the customer" - because some rider may accidentally press that and the worse thing is you can't see the pin location, if you accidentally press that.

5. suddenly out in breaks 3 times since starting shift and waiting for order, can't talk with support unless press accident category.

6. Foodpanda system assign order but never received for 30 mins even when staring at screen.

7. But overall foodpanda the best for people who love to work as a delivery rider.
