Will be grateful to you forever.All the courses super good but the latest version update is full of bugs it seems, whenever I open this app it doesn't work, it just crashes.Mentors with vast knowledge and easy understanding teaching skills, great quality videos and High Level English coaching so that learner should be and 100% confident to take admission in advance level courses at Foreign University.

But sometimes the app will not start because of some server issues.I rate it five stars,love my Indian instructors, please 🥺 Great learning can you please combine multiple courses to make a specialist/professional certificate just like it is done on LinkedIn learning (learning path) and coursera (specialist/professional certificate),it would be better and will give us more confidence than getting multiple certificates,let's get a specialist/professional certificate that represents all the others.The program is amazing, but their apps seem to be grossly inconsistent.

3. New version is a waste & it's not user friendly.It's very Best Online learning platform .I recommend to all and new students use this platform for better understanding and learning.It give free certification course after completing the course you can access the CERTIFICATE.

4. 1) The offline function on downloaded videos doesn't work and kept giving me a prompt saying I'm not connected to the internet even when trying to open a downloaded video.

5. Wish I could upload a screen recording of my predicament and share it here.There are many different courses for learning and developing the skill.

6. The latest version (Feb 2022) loads very slow and breaks certain functions that was convenient and used to work.

7. You can literally find any course you want, and the even better thing is that they provide certificates after completion of their courses.

1. Restart Great Learning: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Great Learning App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Great Learning" » Open Great Learning: Online Courses » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Great Learning » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Great Learning: Online Courses app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Great Learning servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Great Learning: Online Courses" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Great Learning app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Great Learning might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Great Learning. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Great Learning then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Great Learning not working

2. Fix Great Learning Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Great Learning be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
