1. Overall if you drive the appropriate distance (don't tail gate) behind other cars and pay attention as we were taught in driving school this app/device appears to be worth the savings it is calculating.I've had RightTrack for 2 months and it hasn't recorded any drives, even though I receive notifications that a drive is in progress.
2. The app makes you believe you are getting an additional discount for all of your careful driving and the app's privacy invasion, but in the end our premium welt up slightly.
3. The other thing is if you are not driving turn off your phone other wise your route will be calculated based on whom ever is driving, this is the feature we dislike the most.
4. The app sucks, and there is no way to verify in the app if the sensor is working or synced via bluetooth.App seems very fair in tracking our driving habits.
5. I put it on two other family members phones and it wouldn't track their driving most of the time anyway.
6. The last two weeks, I've received "OK" ratings every other drive showing multiple accelerations and heavy braking on the map, where they never occurred.
7. It was working great until the most recent update, and all of a sudden our trips weren't being recorded, and the app tells us we need an update everytime we open it, even though it wont open.
8. Accelerometer data also isn't accurate (I've worked with it as an android dev), and they had a constant notification you have to hide via the OS even when away from your carWe have been using this app/right track for about a month now.
9. Any discount you might receive isn't worth the inconvenience and invasion of privacy.Of my 3 cars, it will only sync to one, even though they were all set up properly.
10. I also noticed we get "acceleration" knock downs on highway entrance ramps even though we accelerate at a normal pace. After you've finished your 90 days, you can't view what it collected.
11. This app will ding you for accelerating, otherwise drive slow and pray no one is coming to where you have to slow down and slam on your brakes to avoid getting hit, you will be dinged for this as well.
