1. This is one of the most amazing apps by far... Love the live cams and the deep space is so awesome....and the beautiful music we are so blessed to have the technology to experience and see real life as it's happening and not have to go anywhere to see it all GREAT APP!! I am sharing this with all my friends and family.

2. I didn't expect to be able to see myself if I was outside and looked up and waved, but LIVE satellite does not mean a 3 or 4 year old image! I'll just stick with Google Earth.Love it.

8. Uninstalling.I dont know what LIVE means to most people but to me it means it's current.

1. Fix Live Earth Map Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Live Earth Map: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Live Earth Map App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Live Earth Map" » Open Live Earth Map - World Map 3D » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Live Earth Map » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Live Earth Map - World Map 3D app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Live Earth Map servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Live Earth Map - World Map 3D" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Live Earth Map app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Live Earth Map might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Live Earth Map. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Live Earth Map then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Live Earth Map not working

2. Fix Live Earth Map Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Live Earth Map be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Live Earth Map not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Live Earth Map may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
