1. also many restaurants only write in thai so need to printscreen and scan in google translate to know what they writeBIGGEST MISTAKE that Line Man have done is allowing the drivers, to take 2 or 3 or 4 orders at a time *automatically!* , and the poor drivers are forced to accept or they will be forced with ZERO orders for 30 mins, this is a truly horrible idea by your company.

3. Another thing is I found many times that restaurant provide less order but still charge full price via wallet and I cannot do anything, sometime like coffee do the cheaper menu which similar but already charge for higher price.
4. What is wrong with your Company!??? Just let the drivers decline! This is making my experience as a food eater bad!!The order cancellation was too slow.
5. Should at least allow user to login using Google / FB instead of only Line...Very limited English support, including customer service pages are only Thai language.
6. Sometime driver is very good but restaurant do wrong order.
7. Driver map tracking was working since the driver accepts the order but now only starts working when the driver reaches nearby the delivery location.
8. Line man platform should have some functing to remind everyone to do correct order and charge correct pricestuck at verification page.
