1. Lidl is represented in 32 countries around the world and currently operates around 10,500 stores and over 160 distribution centers in 28 countries.
2. The “We are Lidl” app offers news and information about Lidl.
3. Use the app to take a look behind the scenes and learn more about one of the leading food retailers in Europe and Germany.
4. Additional information and services are available for the currently around 260,000 employees in a designated employee area after logging in.
1. Still no access and even with several managers attempts to help...This is not an app for customers it's for UK LIDL EMPLOYEES! Seen some reviews complaining about using the app and not being able to search for items in store or being able to phone stores, firstly its a Lidl colleague app for UK Lidl employees ONLY, secondly its not for public use its not for searching Lidl products or stores, thirdly there's no way Lidl would have its stores phone numbers posted online for any Tom dick or Harry to call a store to ask questions thats what Cust service is for🙄The app worked fine on my phone fpr about a month and now when I log in to My Lidl I get just a black screen with a person icon which does nothing.
2. No use this app being made available to employees in most countries, basically a beta version with no features other than the ability to log inOnly been able to log on properly once, and still couldn't access the HR hub.
3. Many people at work have no access to this app, it is ridiculously bad, and in typical Lidl fashion, arse backwards and antiquatedBeen trying for 7 months to gain access to the MyLidl section.
4. 1st logged in nothing special in app , can't access to payslips , can't find to change my details only find fake different comments of stores and advertising.
5. The app may only be used for personal purposes." and 7.3 "In addition, you are not allowed to use the app during working hours. You may only use the app during breaks or in your leasure time." So why am I being peer pressured into installing this app by the management? I don't want to be forced to enter a contact that I don't agree with.
6. To access your payslips and other important stuff you need to tap a button that just opens up your browser.
7. We no longer get paper payslips and rely on the app, but instead of waiting to see how the app performs, Lidl immediately decided to stop issuing paper pay slips.
8. Troubleshooting recommended uninstall/reinstall which then began the saga of not being able to log in at all.
9. The default goes to German!! It may as well be Chinese! If you fix this I will give it a fair and honest review, like this one, as ai am not in the habit of piling on to a problem, rather I'd like to be a part of helping to fix a problem.
10. Works fine on BO at work, yet won't work on my phone even though its compatible.
11. You have to log in twice if you want to see your payslips, but it's a different password.
