1. Note: I did find a workaround by enabling individual text and email notifications for the school.Easy to use and extremely convenient to have all notices in one place for multiple children instead of my email which has everything else.

2. Only feature that could be helpful is a filter so you don't have to scroll through everything to find the entry you want.Clicking on notifications doesn't take you to the new message/post.

3. Sometimes people write to you and you aren't notified.Clunky, hard to navigate, hard to find old messages, to actually take surveys, etc, I have to go to the website instead of the app, contacting anyone through the app is difficult except as a reply to a message but the teachers say to do it that way, oh and then they don't see the messages.

4. I want to like this app but two main features that I use a lot stop me: when you get the messages in email form you get every single message in that thread so it's super long.

5. I've missed messages and announcements from the school due to no longer getting notifications.

6. It will be great if it can do a good job of organizing the huge amount of changing information from different groups at school.Can't sign in, says wrong password... Which I just set.

7. I can't believe the school wants me to use this absolute nightmare.The recent update to this app, combined with the recent OS update on my phone, have affected how this app works.

8. It doesn't seem the school uses it much yet for other tasks like tracking grades, keeping up with schedule, etc.

1. Fix ParentSquare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ParentSquare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ParentSquare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParentSquare" » Open ParentSquare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParentSquare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ParentSquare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParentSquare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParentSquare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ParentSquare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParentSquare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ParentSquare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParentSquare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParentSquare not working

2. Fix ParentSquare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParentSquare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParentSquare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParentSquare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
