Thanks for holding my spray records hostage!I've Uninstalled and reinstalled 5 Times can't get app to work just pulls up a gray screen and won't let me look or pick any of the chemicals that I need, love the app when it works but until it works again I'm giving it 1 star.Have had to delete and reload the app numerous times this year, usually because all I get is a blank screen.

2. Update,( app works now and seems to work well) I will try it out on some future tank mixes but so far I'm pleased.DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS!!!!! First time I downloaded this app it worked great.

3. It downloaded and installed however after creating my account, a screen popped up that said synching your spray logs please wait while we sync your offline data.

1. Fix Mix Tank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mix Tank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mix Tank App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mix Tank" » Open Mix Tank – Tank Mixing Ag App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mix Tank » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mix Tank – Tank Mixing Ag App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mix Tank servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mix Tank – Tank Mixing Ag App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mix Tank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mix Tank might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mix Tank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mix Tank then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mix Tank not working

2. Fix Mix Tank Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mix Tank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mix Tank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mix Tank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
