1. Also shipping should be free with orders above a certain amount!!!!My first experience, and I see it as bad compared to other applications.. The first thing is the delivery is very slow for you, knowing I mean a Gulf country, the delivery is supposed to be fast.. The second thing is that you do not have a tracker of the order until I see where my order has reached to check its statusSave yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere!!! My experience just went from bad to worse.
2. This is the last time I orderGreat job Boutiqaat! recently received my item & it's legit!!! Quick response & good packing with freebies😍.
3. On contacting customer service they offered to replace or pay only half the price!!! So I did the most logical thing and asked for the item to be replaced.They said 3 days.
4. Whenever you put an item in the wishlist or whenever you click on the wishlist to see the items there, the app loads indefinitely, and you must exit the app and start all over again browsing/shopping.
