1. Horrible experience.Terrible communication with the poorly designed portal's customer database... The app is probably OK, but the functionality of the portal which it addresses is terrible.Ah sadly I had not used the app, now however my Lenny chromebook cannot log into email password challenge,2fa fails and net QR code scan by smart phone takes forever to load spinning icon hourglass toppling over can take longer than 5mins then screen saver kicks in..This is a scam.
2. I am a normal phone user and I use only surfing but battery drain very fast and heating during charging and normal use, after full charge battery last for only three to four hour only.

4. Then the screen on the app goes all grey and seems to freeze.It's a basic app, missing pages I can easily view online.
5. The error message I get is: "The purchase quantity of the product has reached the upper limit".
6. This is same on the Chrome browser ( third party cookies enabled) and the Firefox browser (private browsing mode).
7. They will send you broken product and after weeks of discussion only force you to have a repair.
8. On my Samsung S22+ it does not allow me to click on the "Add to Basket" so I cannot buy your products.
