BlueDriver OBD2 Scan Tool Customer Insights

1. I literally hold my phone right next to it and I know my Bluetooth works at ranges over 50 feet, but that's how difficult and frustrating connecting/pairing this device can be.It's great for most things, but I was disappointed that it doesn't support live data for the turbocharger system on my 2015 Subaru Forester XT.

2. The app and scanner will read these live data for other makes/models, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work with mine.

3. The user interface could use more work, as it doesnt look all that good and data is shown in a utilitarian way instead of insightful and visual way.It is a nice tool for the backyard mechanic.

4. Also, adding misfire monitoring to the live data would be great, or at least get a freeze frame when they happen.

5. only exceptions are not being able to create and have different pages for the live data, and sometimes it resets the ones you've already set up.

6. That made it very annoying to try and use.Doesn't have tpms error checking, and some other sub system error checking features.

7. Occasionally, the app will crash, and you have to reselect the live data streams you wish to view.

8. Being able to not only check a vast number of codes, but monitoring car performance has really helped keep an eye on things before and after they happen.

9. Some more customizable ability of the live data would be good too.

10. Need to figure out how to take a snapshot of each car and store it.The device seems well built and fits easily and snugly on the port.

11. It only gives you data while actively plugged into the OBDII port you are plugged into.
