1. which is also terrible because if you want to finish your trip you have to wait whatever minutes it takes the app to open to finish your trip which basically gives them more money cuz you have to wait moreExcellent customer service! I moved to a city where whoosh had no presence, the app was giving me a hard time about cancelling the subscription, but the support rep cancelled the subscription and sent me a refund in about 10 minutes.One of the best e-scooter company in Moscow and Moscow region.

But what I miss more then navigation is a possibility to export GPS tracks (ride history) in GPX or KML format.The free trial is not free, they charge you anyways and there is no way of canceling it you cannot delete your account for a while after being it created The scooters are great but It is expensive and sketchy Also the fact that the app needs to find 11 scooters for it to open is ridiculous.

3. In Budapest, I recommend Tier or Bird, they can go 25 kmh and have good acceleration.Suddenly without any activity whatsoever from my part (didn't opened an app for months) attempted to withdraw a noticeable amount of money from my card.

4. Deleting it immediately, and it's such a pit, as the scooter itself is sturdy and good! Really bad service!The app does not help to ride the scooter.

5. Worst scooter service! It stopped in the middle of my route! It went from D -Drive- to S -Sport- on the screen and literally froze.

6. To do that the app has to keep the screen ON during the ride (optionally) and provide some navigation features, at least a line pointing to the chosen destination.

7. One can choose mode of speed on the app which is a good feature.Slow and bad scooters.

8. I tried switching from Drive to Sports and back again and still would not move! Then all of a sudden it started working again, but again no indication, as to how or why.

9. Its a scam app, I uninstall immediatelyparking areas are not obvious and clear since they're not pictured as areas on map but as spot locations instead.

1. Fix Whoosh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whoosh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whoosh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whoosh" » Open Whoosh » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whoosh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whoosh app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whoosh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whoosh" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whoosh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whoosh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whoosh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whoosh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whoosh not working

2. Fix Whoosh Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whoosh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whoosh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whoosh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
