1. Were they supposed to be the ones I chose? None of the shortcuts in the panels in the bottom sections would drag up into the upper section.Honestly, I love the app! Only thing that pisses me off is that I was just charged a second time for premium after switching to my new phone.

1. Fix Shortcutter Quick Settings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shortcutter Quick Settings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shortcutter Quick Settings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shortcutter Quick Settings" » Open Shortcutter Quick Settings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shortcutter Quick Settings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shortcutter Quick Settings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shortcutter Quick Settings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shortcutter Quick Settings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shortcutter Quick Settings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shortcutter Quick Settings might not work.
