1. LED Strip is a Bluetooth controller APP; control Symphony of lights; DMX512 light bar; can control the light of the various changes in mode, brightness, speed and timing switch!

Please help!!!!!!!This apl is a waste of time i spent to much money on thes led lights and i lost the remote so now there are usles and all of thise apps dont work dont waste ur time i almost spent 1 hower on trying to connect it i even watched yt videos on how to use themThis is so bad it did not work no LED app works for me I lost my controller for it and none of these apps workI have led lights but my dad needs to put on up.

2. This was the worst thing ever!! It WILL NOT let me use it because I have a NEW PHONE it says the app was meant for older phones!!! I would give this app a 0 if I could i spent way to much on these stupid LED light strips to not be able to use them.

3. Another thing it also WILL NOT let you go any further until you give the app your location this is the worst app ever!!!I purchased the correct lights the goes with this app and it does not show Bluetooth when the lights are on.

1. Fix LED Strip Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LED Strip: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LED Strip App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LED Strip" » Open LED Strip » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LED Strip » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LED Strip app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LED Strip servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LED Strip" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LED Strip app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LED Strip might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LED Strip. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LED Strip then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LED Strip not working

2. Fix LED Strip Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LED Strip be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LED Strip not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LED Strip may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
