Why should I report an Issue with LawnStarter for Providers?

And lastly, I feel the sales dept should be the one to contact customers before sending a pro out to learn they've moved or discontinued service.It's a great app for anyone who is serious about starting a lawn care business or who has one already and either want to expand it or simply just want to get a couple extra clients for your routes.

2. Good overall but needs alot of improvements.It's good for the most part However, the payouts are scheduled as too low, they need to start at a higher rate and be competitive that is due to a lot of these properties look good on Google maps when they overview it but that generally not the case.

3. I gave 5 stars because recently i had major issues with all my equipment and was not able to work so i asked support to temporarily pause/stop my acctt and they did exactly that, and when i was ready to go the support staff made it happen.

4. Edit: It's my third season using it, and I'm now starting to experience regular scheduling issues and customers being taken from my route.

5. When it comes to asking for a quote you guys expect us to answer you within a specific amount of time without seeing the property servicing before hand.This app is fantastic.

6. Such as somehow getting the pictures of the property that needs to be done or be more specific and be 100% sure that it's either front yard or backyard or both or just one and not the other.

7. Dropped rating to 3 stars.This app is awesome when starting a landscape business or looking for lawns to manicure.

1. Fix LawnStarter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LawnStarter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LawnStarter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LawnStarter" » Open LawnStarter for Providers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LawnStarter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LawnStarter for Providers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LawnStarter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LawnStarter for Providers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LawnStarter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LawnStarter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LawnStarter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LawnStarter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LawnStarter not working

2. Fix LawnStarter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LawnStarter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LawnStarter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LawnStarter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
